Textile store to absorb GST on its materials

WITH another festive season coming up, one textile giant is assuring the public that there will be no new tax on its fabrics.

Jakel Trading says it will absorb the 6% GST at its retail stores but the GST word will appear on all Jakel receipts for its tax-filing purposes.
