World AIDS Day: The lives of HIV+ women infected by their husbands

To commemorate World AIDS Day on Dec 1, we talked to women who are living positively despite contracting HIV from their spouses.

Salina was 24 when her husband of four years died from complications resulting from AIDS. He was 36, and they had two kids aged one and two.
