KUALA LUMPUR: The years-long legal battle over Ho Hup Construction Co Bhd’s joint development project on 24.28ha in Bukit Jalil has wound down to a close.
It told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that the Federal Court had dismissed Zen Courts Sdn Bhd’s application of leave and ordered Zen Courts to pay it and its subsidiary Ho Hup Equipment Rental Sdn Bhd costs of RM20,000.
