KUALA LUMPUR: Boutique property developer, Trinity Group Sdn Bhd (Trinity) has launched a water themed freehold condominium, Trinity Aquata with an estimated gross development value of RM300mil located at Sungai Besi.
The group said on Tuesday that the condominium comprises of two 26-storey blocks with 492 units and it is expected to start construction in the third quarter of next year.
It added that prices of units start from RM600 per square feet onwards.
Meanwhile, Trinity founder and managing director Datuk Neoh Soo Keat said Sungei Besi is a township that is matured for re-development whereby its strategic location would become the next golden triangle as it is situated adjacent to the city centre.
“Over the years, Trinity has built a solid reputation of producing high-value properties with premium features. Trinity Aquata will be no different. In fact, due to its location and the surrounding infrastructure, we foresee a substantial price appreciation even before its completion in 2018,” he added.
