AirAsia may reconsider IPO in Indonesia, Philippines


KUALA LUMPUR: AirAsia Bhd may reconsider an initial public offer (IPO) in Indonesia and also the Philippines.

According to the low-cost carrier group CEO Tan Sri Tony Fernandes said in his twitter posting on Tuesday this was due to the great sales in Indonesia and the Philippines.

“Great sales in Indonesia and phillipines. May reconsider ipo both countries. Thailand and Malaysia since advertising having record sales,” he said.
