Tanjung Offshore forms independent committee

PETALING JAYA: Tanjung Offshore Bhd’s former managing director and current group adviser Datuk Harzani Azmi has requested the board to defer considering his nomination as director following the formation of an independent committee to “review matters arising from recent media reports”.

In a statement, the company said the independent committee comprised existing independent directors who would make recommendations to the board.
