KUALA LUMPUR: UK-based Mondrian Investment Partners Ltd has emerged as a substantial shareholder in KKB Engineering Bhd
with a 5.14% stake.
A filing with Bursa Malaysia showed the fund manager bought the stake, comprising of 13.26 million shares at an average price of RM2.38 a share on Tuesday.
