E&O up on approval for Penang project


KUALA LUMPUR: Eastern & Oriental’s (E&O) share price rose early Wednesday as investor sentiment was boosted  after  it received an endorsement from the  Penang state government for its phase 2 Seri Tanjung Pinang project.

At 9.15am, E&O was up 10 sen to RM2.78 on a turnover of 802,100 shares done.
