Tycoon Vincent Tan's Berjaya unit in UK property market

PETALING JAYA: Tycoon Tan Sri Vincent Tan’s Berjaya Philippines Inc has subscribed to a 50% stake plus one share in UK-based RBW Holdings Ltd for £50,001 (RM274,645) to take advantage of  real estate opportunities in London.

The indirect subsidiary of Berjaya Sports Toto Bhd, which subscribed to the stake on March 6, would pay £1 per share cash for 50,001 shares in RBW.
