Malindo Air to launch KL-Bangkok flights on April 24


KUALA LUMPUR: Hybrid Airline, Malindo Air, will launch daily flights between KL International Airport (KLIA) and Don Mueang International Airport in Bangkok from April 24.

The airline said its KLIA-Don Mueang flight will depart at 12:40 pm daily and the Don Mueang-KLIA flight at 2:30 pm daily.

Malindo Air affiliate, Thai Lion Air, has been operating Bangkok-Kuala Lumpur daily flights since Dec 18 last year.

Special promotional fares start from RM159 all-inclusive one-way for economy class and RM899 all-inclusive one-way for business class.

Tickets were open for sale from yesterday for travel period until May 27, 2014, Malindo Air said in a statement.

Chief executive officer Chandran Rama Muthy said this operation would provide more convenience in connectivity for tourists and leisure travellers, particularly to Malaysia, as part of its commitment to support the Visit Malaysia Year 2014 campaign. – Bernama
