Competition Commission to come out with decision on AirAsia and MAS

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) chairman Tan Sri Siti Norma Yaakob (pic) says the commission is now considering what had been presented orally by the lawyers of Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia Bhd on Jan 15 in relation to their RM10mil fine each last year for infringing the Competition Act 2010 and will come up with a final decision.

The airlines were found to be in breach of the market-sharing prohibition of the Act.
