EYRE Peninsula is a vast, yet little known and under explored region of South Australia that boasts a coastline that is famed for its fabulous seafood (oysters in particular) and aquatic wildlife. It’s interior is home not only to the Australian Outback but also to dry salt lakes that cover areas the size of small European countries, not to mention a huge variety of flora and fauna.
