NEW YORK: Google has reached a deal in a class-action lawsuit accusing it of making an Orwellian grab of "potentially embarrassing” data from tens of millions of people using the company’s "Incognito mode” and other private browsing, according to a court filing.

Uh-oh! Daily quota reached.
