Twitter rolls out new controls to limit who can reply to tweets

In real life, we generally get to choose which people we'd like to interact with and which we'd rather ignore. On Twitter, however, users are often subjected to the unwanted opinions and comments of complete strangers.

But Twitter wants to change that and has announced more control over any conversation you have started yourself.
