Apple's online-only 2020 Worldwide Developers Conference gets opening date

Apple has announced that all of the proceedings of its 2020 Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) will take place exclusively online. The annual technology showcase, which this year will be free of charge, will open on June 22.

Developers from all over the world will be able to attend conferences given by teams from Apple, directly on the WWDC website and via the Apple developer app.
