Tens of thousands of social media users had shown their support by March 1 for a British teenager whose sister called out online bullies from his new school.

Callum Manning, 13, began receiving abuse from a chat group set up by children at his school in the north-eastern English town of South Shields, after he opened his cals_book_account to share Instagram posts on books he had read and liked.
