Google ups Stadia games store from 12 to 22 titles ahead of debut

The new list moves ten more titles to Stadia's storefront at launch, games which were otherwise expected over the remaining six weeks of 2019. — dpa

Another 10 games will be available on game streaming service Google Stadia at launch, which goes live for its early adopters, Founder's Edition and Premiere Edition subscribers, on Nov 19.

Stadia's initial tranche of 12 launch-ready games, announced on Nov 11, was generally received as a little underwhelming – especially considering that only Destiny 2: The Collection – a game whose base edition is already free to play across PC and console – was complimentary; the other games are instead available to purchase.
