Both hotel cleaner Luigi's Mansion 3 and inebriated underworld escape Afterparty took a playful approach to spooky themes during Halloween, with The Wanderer: Frankenstein's Creature likewise refreshing a well-known motif, Disney Classic Games: Aladdin And The Lion King revisiting two 1990s favourites, and Atelier Ryza welcomed as perhaps the best entry to a two-decade-old role-playing franchise.

The doctor's creation travels Europe in search of answers and understanding in a game inspired by Mary Shelley's classic but far closer to romanticism than horror, rendered in a beautiful watercolor style with a delicate soundtrack, and inviting players to come up with their own version of the Frankenstein myth.
