This Android ad blocker filters out all ads in apps on your phone

Blokada is an open source Android app that can block ads not only in your smartphone's browser, but across all apps on your phone. As well as getting rid of annoying ads, it will also save on mobile data that would have been used to download these ads.

It can also be installed without the need to root your phone or make risky changes to its software. However, you won't find it in Google's Play Store, as it goes counter to Google's ad-based business model.
