Nintendo has sold ten million of its Switch in Europe alone

On Oct 10, Nintendo proudly announced that its Switch console, which it released in 2017, has just passed the 10-million mark in terms of European sales.

It appears that the September release of the Lite version of the Switch helped boost the sales of Nintendo's hybrid gadget. The Japanese manufacturer reports a 30% increase in Switch sales in 2019 in comparison to the same period in 2018, as well as a 40% bump when compared with 2017 numbers.
