Maxis: Hotlink and Ookyo customers may be affected by service interruptions (Updated)


Maxis says it is currently working to rectify service interruption issues faced by Hotlink and Ookyo customers today. — Hotlink

UPDATE: Maxis said services for affected customers have been restored.

"We would like to inform our customers that services have been restored, and we are closely monitoring the situation to ensure continued stability. We would like to once again apologise to our affected customers and thank them for their patience and understanding," the company said in a statement. It has also issued the same message to users on social media.


Maxis has acknowledged that some Hotlink and Ookyo users may be experiencing some difficulties getting connected today. The company has issued a statement saying that it's currently working to resolve the issue.

"We would like to apologise to our Hotlink and Ookyo customers who may be experiencing some service interruptions with their lines. Rest assured that we are working hard to rectify this as soon as possible. We will notify our affected customers when services are fully restored," the company said in the statement.
