A spy app that records users' private data has been discovered in iPhones, after its developers used an exploit to bypass Apple's safety checks.
Mobile security firm Lookout told Techcrunch that the app, which was first designed to attack Android devices, can now affect iPhones as its developer abused Apple-issued enterprise certificates to bypass the iOS App Store to infect victims.
