The world's first virtual personal cruise assistant is set to debut aboard MSC Cruises, allowing guests to ask about their vacation with simple voice commands.

Like Google Assistant, ZOE is powered by artificial intelligence and and guests can launch it by simply saying, "OK Zoe".

Developed with HARMAN, a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics, ZOE is being installed in every stateroom aboard the MSC Bellissima and will also be made available on the upcoming MSC Grandiosa in 2019 and the MSC Virtuosa in 2020.

Programmed to respond to more than 800 of the most commonly asked questions in seven different languages, guests can ask ZOE questions about the cruise and onboard services, seek suggestions or book a service.

Quad-core processors and far-field microphones mean fast response times and high-quality audio. Guests can also connect their phones to the device via Bluetooth to listen to their personal music library and podcasts directly in their rooms. – AFP Relaxnews
