Apple’s Tim Cook got big pay bump in 2018: filing

WASHINGTON: Apple gave its chief executive Tim Cook a hefty 22% pay raise in 2018, bringing his total compensation for the year to almost US$15.7mil (RM64.60mil) according to a filing submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission. 

The figure comprised a base salary of US$3mil (RM12.34mil), a US$12mil (RM49.38mil) bonus and US$680,000 (RM2.79mil) in what it called “other compensation” that includes private air travel and security expenses.
