Using smartphones more often could result in feeling less connected to nature

New UK research has found a link between taking selfies and a generally high level of smartphone use with feeling less connected to nature, which could have important implications for overall health and well-being. 

Carried out by researchers at the University of Derby in collaboration with Nottingham Trent University, the team looked at 244 smartphone users, mostly from the UK, with a mean age of just under 30.
