Single players can choose story mode, which spins a new tale from the Dragon Ball universe.

The Japanese anime Dragon Ball is the perfect fodder for a combat game: The series revolves entirely around fighting and defeating bigger and stronger opponents.

After a few forays into the 3D world, publisher Bandai Namco is bringing its latest in the video game series back to 2D with Dragon Ball FighterZ, which was on display at the recent Gamescom trade fair in Cologne, Germany.
