Ex-Uber engineer asks Supreme Court to learn from her ordeal

The female former engineer at Uber Technologies Inc whose blog post about sexual harassment helped drive Travis Kalanick out of his job is now urging the US Supreme Court to help employees combat toxic workplaces. 

Susan Fowler isn’t suing the San Francisco-based startup. But as the nation’s highest court prepares to hear cases against other companies, Fowler asked the justices to consider her debacle while deciding how far employers can go to prevent disgruntled workers from banding together to sue over their work conditions.
