Fitness tracking company Bellabeat is now giving you another way to improve your performance. Just in time for those hot summer months, the brand is set to release a smart water bottle, Spring, to ensure you provide your body with the optimum level of hydration.
The Spring has been designed to not only track your water intake during your workout, but also throughout the day. After calculating your own personal hydration needs based on your activity levels, sleep, sensitivity to stress, and monthly cycle -- all of the health factors the Bellabeat Leaf also tracks – Spring will sync up with the Bellabeat app to log your water intake and notify you when you need to drink more to meet your intake goal.
