Fuss free shopping: Amazon integrated its voice assistant, Alexa, into its Amazon app. making its delivery service more convenient.

Last week, Amazon integrated its voice assistant, Alexa, into its Amazon app, and now the company has gone one step further by allowing subscribers to its Prime service to  order from Prime Now – the two-hour delivery service.

There is also a new alcohol delivery service available in select US cities. Customers give Alexa a command, and the voice assistant then responds with product recommendations from the Prime Now catalogue, as well as suggesting supplementary items based on the order.
