5G technology to spark ‘invention revolution’: Qualcomm chief

New technology to create faster, more flexible 5G wireless networks is on the horizon, and it potentially could usher in an economic dawn akin to the introduction of electricity or the automobile. 

Is that over-hyping 5G? Maybe. But Qualcomm chief executive Steve Mollenkopf made a case for how much these fifth generation wireless networks could change the way we live and work.
