A two-part videogame adaptation of webcomic Homestuck has its release date now set, with Hiveswap, Act 1 announced for January 2017, and its trailer available now.

Crowdfunded to the tune of US$2.4mil (RM10.02mil) in 2012 and with the game moving from its designated studio back to the Homestuck umbrella company What Pumpkin in 2014, Hiveswap takes place within the same fictional universe as the webcomic that inspired it.
