Moschino to live stream fashion shows using virtual reality

Fashion treat: Moschino's Spring/Summer 2017 menswear and Resort 2017 womenswear collection shows will be available as a 360

Moschino is teaming up with tech start-up Livit to live stream its upcoming fashion collections in virtual reality.

The Italian brand's Spring/Summer 2017 menswear and Resort 2017 womenswear collection shows will be available as a 360° live stream that fashion fans can access through the Livit app.

Users will be able to stream footage of the runway shows from their phones to a network of friends and followers.

A 2D livestream will also launch for desktop viewers at Moschino.com when the show begins on June 10 at 7:30pm PST in Los Angeles ( Malaysian time 10:30am, June 11).

Creative Director Jeremy Scott has designed 50 limited edition Moschino Cardboard headsets to be distributed at Moschino stores in Los Angeles and New York to mark the event.—  AFP Relaxnews
