Google seeking to raise up to US$221mil by selling Lenovo stock: IFR

HONG KONG: Google Inc is seeking to raise between US$218mil (RM906.98mil) and US$221mil (RM919.15mil) by selling shares in Chinese personal computer maker Lenovo, according to a deal term sheet seen by IFR on June 1. 

Google is offering 371 million Lenovo shares in the range of HK$4.56 (RM2.44) to HK$4.62 (RM2.47) per share, a discount of up to 4% to the last traded price, the terms showed.
