ALL IN: The Destiny: The Taken King PlayStation 4 bundle will include all content from launch.

Console lovers looking for a unique, limited edition machine will soon be able to get their hands on Sony’s Destiny: The Taken King PlayStation 4 bundle.

The bundle includes a white PS4 with a silver map of the cosmos and gold Guardian’s crest, which in the game symbolises hope in a besieged solar system. However, the PS4 is not the new version announced but the older model with 500GB hard drive.

The bundle will also include Destiny: The Taken King-Legendary Edition with Expansion I and II, and The Taken King DLC. For customers who haven’t jumped into Destiny yet, this is a great opportunity to catch up since it includes all content from launch. Existing players on PlayStation 3 can also update to this version on PS4 without losing any progress.

The Taken King DLC will see a large amount of new content added to the existing game where players will be able to enjoy a brand new campaign with new Guardian sub-classes, weapons and maps.

Gamers will also get PlayStation-exclusive content such as co-op Strike (Echo Chamber), PvP multiplayer map (Sector 618), three legendary gear sets (Hesperos, Azoth Bend and Neuroghast), and exotic Jade Rabbit scout rifle.

Destiny which incorporates both role-playing and massively multiplayer online (MMO) elements in a mythic science fiction world was launched in 2014 and is developed by Bungie, famous for the Halo game series.

Gamers will also be able to upgrade their Destiny: The Taken King-Legendary Edition to the more expensive Digital Collector’s Edition which includes three exotic Guardian class in-game items with XP bonuses, three classic-specific emotes, three armour shaders and the early access weapons pack.

The console comes with a one-year extended warranty and PlayStation Plus subscription for 12 months. The bundle is expected to go on sale on Sept 15 but Sony has yet to announce the price.
