A new survey conducted by the College of Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University finds that 84% of consumers want parental controls to be standard features on the next generation of cars.
Of the 1000 adults polled for the study, limiting a car's speed, curfew time and being able to program how many passengers it could carry were the most wished for parental controls – cited by 84% of all respondents, 87% of women and 91% of those aged 66 or over.
