LINE has launched a programme called Line Mileage to reward its users for every message sent on the popular messaging platform.

Every message sent be it text, sticker or sticon will receive one Friendship Point which can be accumulated and converted to Bcard points to redeem rewards.

To get started users will have to register their BCARD account number under the Mileage dashboard. BCARD is available at no cost at Starbucks, Chatime, Caltex, Cosway and more.

The points can only be transferred to BCARD once users hit 1,000 Friendship Points, at a one-to-one conversion rate. In other words, 1,000 Friendship Points  will get you 1,000 BCARD points which is worth RM10.

Also, new users will receive 300 Friendship Points which is equivalent to RM3, as a welcome gift. This offer is valid till April 26.

In conjunction with the launch, Line is introducing popular Korean celebrity, Lee Kwang Soo, as the face of Line Mileage in Malaysia.  “Hope everyone gets to enjoy exciting benefits through Mileage while chatting on Line,” said Lee.
