LIKE JAMES BOND: The BMW remote valet parking system can be activated via a smartwatch.

A fully-automated Remote Valet Parking Assistant will be one of the major highlights of the German carmaker's appearance at the upcoming consumer electronics show due to get underway in Las Vegas, Nevada on Jan 6.

The growing support of the world's top carmakers has rejuvenated the annual International CES in recent years as everyone from Audi to Mercedes and Ford to the aforementioned BMW embrace the event as a platform for showing off their connected and automated car technology. Judging by what BMW has planned, 2015's event is going to be no exception.
