World of Warcraft pays tribute to Robin Williams

AVID GAMER: The actor's love of videogames was evident in the choice of his daughter's name: Zelda, in reference to the Nintendo classic The Legend of Zelda.

WASHINGTON: Hollywood star Robin Williams, who died Aug 11 and was a devoted videogame fan, has made a subtle cameo in World of Warcraft, as promised by gamemaker Blizzard Entertainment. 

In a test version of Warlords of Draenor, a futuristic character named Robin emerges from a lamp to quote two lines from Disney's Aladdin genie, who was voiced by Williams.
