Microsoft acquires Nokia’s Devices and Services Unit

It has finally happened — Microsoft has officially announced that it’s purchasing Nokia’s Devices and Services unit for a reported 3.79bil euros (about RM16.36bil). 

The acquisition also includes another 1.65bil euros (about RM7.1bil) to license Nokia’s patents.
