If you already own a Galaxy S3, you might be wondering what has changed. Well, apparently a lot but the tweaks are mostly on the inside.
On the outside, Samsung has increased the screen size by just a bit — the S4 has a 5in screen which is only slightly bigger than the S3’s 4.8in display.
The new smartphone is also slimmer, measuring only 7.9mm compared to the S3’s 8.6mm frame.
In terms of weight, the S4’s a tad lighter but you will hardly notice the 3g it has lost.
The overall look and feel also doesn’t deviate much from last year’s model.
Samsung called the S3 “a phone designed for humans,” and the S4 has a similar tag line — life companion.
The reason for this is the many apps that will be included with the phone such as S Translator and S Health (read main story for more info).
Also, new features like Air View and Air Gestures may not sound ground breaking but they are nice to have.
The camera has also been revamped with a dazzling number of apps. The Dual Camera, for one, sounds rather unique.
