PETALING JAYA: Malaysia remains committed to its goal of becoming a more energy efficient and greener nation. The Government’s objective of reducing carbon emissions by 40% by 2020 under the Low Carbon Cities Framework and Assessment System “is set in stone.”
“What we need to do from now until then is walk the talk by introducing and ensuring the use of green technologies,” said Datuk Seri Peter Chin Fah Kui, Minister of Energy, Green Technology and Water, told Bytz.
