SAN FRANCISCO: Apple Inc CEO Steve Jobs, who is currently out on medical leave, will be deposed to testify in an antitrust suit related to its iPod music players and iTunes store.

Judge Howard R. Lloyd ordered that Jobs could answer questions for two hours about RealNetworks Inc’s Harmony technology.
