Businesses must stay vigilent against cyberattacks

KUALA LUMPUR: Companies must be ever watchful because cyberattacks could exploit their strategic information, said ArcSight Inc which markets security and compliance solutions.

Cybercriminals can use a wide range of methods — from wired to wireless — to launch their attacks against a company’s IT infrastructure, warned Dr Prescott Winter, the vendor’s chief technology officer for public sector.
