Hewlett-Packard and Cartoon Network have teamed up for the second time for the Toon Creator Awards 2010.

The Toon Creator Awards is a contest for kids aged six to 14 from all over Asia to create their own ending for a given 25-second ­animation using tools provided on the Toon Creator website.
