National Davis Cup captain aiming for Group II promotion

KUALA LUMPUR: Captain Deen Heesham Tan Abdullah is confident that Malaysia will finally gain promotion to the Davis Cup Asia/Oceania Zone Group II for the first time since 2010.

To achieve that, Malaysia will have to finish among the top two sides in the four-day Group III competition, which gets under way on Wednesday at the National Tennis Centre in Jalan Duta here.
