MOSCOW (AFP): Australia's Samantha Stosur handed out another Moscow defeat to Ana Ivanovic on Friday as the seventh seed reached the Kremlin Cup semi-finals with a 7-5, 6-4 win.

World No. 19 Stosur, the champion in Osaka last week, had defeated Ivanovic, the fourth seed, in the semi-finals in 2012 and she maintained her stranglehold over the Serb player with an 85-minute win.
