PETALING JAYA: Youngster Jayden Tan made a big splash to book a ticket for his maiden SEA Games appearance in Vietnam after winning the men’s 400m individual medley under the B qualifying mark at the Malaysian Open.
The 17-year-old from Kuala Lumpur snatched a surprise victory in the gruelling multi-stroke event in 4:29.16 in the final at the National Aquatic Centre in Bukit Jalil yesterday.
