TOKYO (Reuters) - Cate Campbell produced the second fastest women's 100 metres freestyle swim of all time as she won gold for Australia on day two of the Pan Pacific Swimming Championships on Friday.

Her compatriot Kyle Chalmers followed that up with victory in the men's race to give Australia an emphatic 100m freestyle double gold.
