Rachel falls to Egypt’s Farida in quarter-finals


KUALA LUMPUR: Squash player Rachel Arnold saw her unbeaten record against Egypt’s Farida Mohamad come to an end after suffering a quarter-final defeat at the Carol Weymuller Open in New York yesterday.

Before stepping onto the court, the world No. 18 held a perfect four-match winning streak against Farida, including their most recent encounter in the China Open final last November.
