PETALING JAYA: Rising professional C. Ameeshenraj and Darren Rahul reached the quarter-finals of the Ipswich Challenger Cup by eliminating the top two seeds on Wednesday.
Bristol-based Ameeshenraj, ranked world No. 140, outplayed top seed and world No 79 Victor Byrtus of the Czech Republic 11-6, 11-4, 11-5 in the second round.
